RETURN POLICY:
We suggest you return your items within 15 days from the ship date.
Ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable) and explain the reason of the return.
We must receive your item within 45 days from the day it was originally shipped to you.
Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier.
The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise and the reasons exposed, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item.
Generally, product exchange is not an option. For exchanges, simply place a duplicate order once the original is returned and you are re-imbursed.
